What we do
BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLANET B
Any kind of production leaves a foot-print in the natural environment. It uses a number of resources being able to turn out a product for you. That is a price we have to pay to live like we do in the Western World. And even if the damage is done on the other side of the Globe it will sooner or later effect all of us. Therefore, we are very concerned about doing what we can minimize the environmental and local impact and do whatever we can to meet environmental requirements. It is a matter close to our hearts, so even being a new company, we have acquired a series of memberships and certificates that show our commitment to complying with legislations and directives on the subject.
Danish Producer Responsibility
All SoleShot distributors are obliged to membership of similar organizations in their respective countries.
UN38.3 – CE-RoHS – FCC – MSDS – EN62133
Firstly, we are a member of the Danish Producer Responsibility, which is a public authority in charge of administrative tasks associated with the rules on producer responsibility. The authority is under Danish environmental law regarding waste from electrical and electronic equipment, end-of-life batteries, and end-of-life vehicles.
We are also registered at elretur (electric return) that assumes producer responsibility for their members within waste of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and batteries.
To ensure the lithium battery air transportation safety we have acquired the UN38.3 certificate. Through a thorough test of transportation of dangerous goods including temperature test, vibration, mechanical shock, external short circuit, overcharge, etc. SoleShot has been evaluated and granted the certificate.
A CE marking is an indicator that a product meets European law and directives associated with CE. When the product is granted a CE marking, the product has been evaluated and found appropriate for sale in EØS and Turkey. However, it does not necessarily mean that the product is produced in Europe.
MSDS is a technical document which provides detailed and comprehensive information about SoleShot. The information in the document is related to: health effects of exposure to the product, hazard evaluation related to the product’s handling, storage or use, measure to protect workers at risk of exposure, and emergency procedures.
FCC (Federal Communications Commission) marking guarantees that SoleShot has been tested and found in compliance with the requirements of 47 CFR Part 15 regulation & ANSI C63.4 for the evaluation of Class B of electromagnetic compatibility. This means that SoleShot may not cause harmful interference, and must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
